RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION POLICY
Return policy
Please note that the return must be within 10 business days from the date of delivery and that shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund:

* EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 10 DAYS, EXCLUDING DRESSY HATS*
* DRESSY HAT WILL ONLY BE RETURNED IF LABEL AND RED STICHING IS STILL ATTACHED.
* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS *

* WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT SHERELSHATS.COM *

RETURNING STEPS:

All returns (*) and exchanges must be requested no later than 10 business days after receiving the product. The product must be sent back to Sherelshats.com within 20 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that this procedure is invalid for volume orders (more than 10 pieces) and for items on Sale or Special Offer that are not exchangeable or returnable.

We will exchange your return/refund your payment once package is received.


IMPORTANT RULES ABOUT RETURN PROCEDURE:

20% restocking fee on entire value of order (item(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the items. In addition a 5% fee for return shipments without return form.
We do not exchange or refund used merchandise.

If you received damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 5 business days.
No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.).
(*) Please note that an exchange/return can be just requested once per order.

Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to Sherelshats.com must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition in its original box. NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED TO THE BOX. Any returned merchandise will not be accepted back if it’s not in purchased condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.

Worn items are not exchangeable or returnable
* We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Sherelshats.com is not responsible for any items that we do not receive or that is not returned for refund or exchange in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased at Sherelshats.com.
You can exchange an item sending it back within 10 business days from the receiving date. We ship the exchange product when the original product received.

* Refunds are processed after checking returned items integrity and credits may take up to 15 days to appear on the statement of your credit card; depending on the type of credit card used.
