Sherels is a family run and owned business. Since our opening in 1988, we have been providing our customers with the highest level of craftsmanship and design in fashion. We have created an atmosphere of careful attention to detail, and the highest level of service for our clients.

This was the dream of Sherel, as she worked endless nights to perfect her skills in the 200 year old art of millinery. Sherel was inspired by hats from significant moments in history. She designed “vintage” hats and supplied them to only the most exclusive New York boutiques. When the demand for her classic designs increased rapidly, she knew she was onto something. Her designs were original and her exceptional skills in using materials and textiles are all part of what makes a Sherel’s hat different from any other.

At Sherels we not only have a large selection of hats for casual and formal attire, but we offer an array of accessories for every occasion. We always have the latest styles in hair accessories, evening bags, capes, hair bands and much more.

We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and attention to detail. We travel all over Europe, where the Milliner’s guild originated. We choose to work only with small factories run by craftsmen who learned the trade from their parents. Our materials are selected from that of only the finest European quality. In our unique design process, from the starting line of production till its completion point, we hand pick the highest quality felts, straws, horsehair, velour, leather, ribbons, flowers and trimmings.
